Programme enrollment for July training courses at Tai Mei Tuk Water Sports Centre affected by breakdown of facsimile machine
Due to the breakdown of the facsimile machine at Tai Mei Tuk Water Sports Centre from 22 to 23 May, applicants who submit their enrollment forms through facsimile machine during said period please contact Tai Mei Water Sports Centre’s staff at 2665 3591.

St. Stephen's Beach Canoe Polo Competition 2012

Tai Mei Tuk Regatta 2012
Tai Mei Tuk Regatta 2012 will be held on 23-24 June 2012 (Saturday and Sunday) at Tai Mei Tuk Water Sports Centre. All hiring services including Windsurfing, Sailing and Kayaking will be suspended. Moreover, our Centre will only provide Kayak, Fun board and Shortboard for public hiring on 21-22 June 2012. However, "Leisure Link" and enquiry services will not be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The craft hiring services (except kayak hiring) in Tai Mei Tuk Water Sports Centre will be suspended on 21 & 22 April 2012 (Saturday & Sunday) due to the Joint School Windsurfing Competition. We are sorry for any inconvenient caused.

Wong Shek Kayak Race 2012 - Hiring Services Notice
Wong Shek Kayak Race 2012 will be held at The Jockey Club Wong Shek Water Sports Centre on 5, 6 May 2012. All or partly hiring services including Windsurfing, Sailing and Kayaking will be suspended. However, Leisure Link and enquiry services will not be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

"Stanley Main Beach Spring Regatta 2012 will be held on 28 and 29 April 2012 (Sat, Sun) at Stanley Main Beach Water Sports Centre. Places are allotted by balloting. Entry Requirement for Sailing Trips
Leisure and Cultural Services Department has already completed a thorough review on the sailing trip programmes organized by the LCSD water sports centres. With effective from 1st January 2011, the minimum entry requirement of sailing trip will be revised as below. The entry requirements for the other levels of sailing trips remain unchanged. Thank you for your kind attention

Sailing Trip Holder of Sailing Basic Skills Certificate (Level 2) with 30 logged sailing hours as a helmsman after attaining the Sailing Basic Skills Certificate (excluding training hours) Holder of Sailing Improving Techniques (Level 3) or Seamanship Certificate.

Entry Requirement for Kayaking Sea Trips
Leisure and Cultural Services Department has already completed a thorough review on the kayaking sea trip programmes organized by the LCSD water sports centres. With effective from 1st December 2010, the minimum entry requirement of kayaking sea trip will be revised from holder of 1 Star Award to 3 Star Award or Kayak Elementary Certificate. The revision of the entry requirement for the rest of other levels of kayaking sea trips, please make reference from monthly programme sheets of water sports centres , related publicity materials or contact staff at any water sports centres.
