Sports grounds are provided by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department in the urban area and the New Territories. There are track and field facilities in each sports ground for athletic training and competition. Running tracks in most of the sports grounds are open for jogging free of charge when the sports grounds are not reserved by organizations for exclusive use.
