An applicant shall provide his/her Hong Kong Identity Document Number or Leisure Link Number and password (if he/she is a registered patron) for checking when using the Leisure Link Internet booking, telephone reservation or self-service kiosk services. |

| 2. |
An applicant shall not disclose his/her Leisure Link Number and password to others. |

| 3. |
An applicant should abide by all rules and/or conditions as stipulated in the booking procedures for use of recreation and sports facilities and holiday camps or the enrolment procedures for recreation and sports programmes, as the case may be. |

| 4. |
An applicant may book recreation and sports facilities or enrol in recreation and sports programmes by using the Leisure Link Internet booking service at http://leisurelink.lcsd.gov.hk, or by calling the Leisure Link Telephone Services Centre at 2927 8080 during the centre's office hours, or by using the Leisure Link Self-service Kiosk installed at leisure venues. |

Bookings of recreation and sports facilities can be made within 30 days prior to the date of use. Enrolments in recreation and sports programmes are accepted during the enrolment period of the respective programme. |

| 6. |
Bookings or enrolments are accepted subject to the availability of the recreation and sports facilities to be booked or quotas in the recreation and sports programmes. |

| 7. |
For the Leisure Link Internet booking service, a booking/an enrolment is confirmed when the applicant has made the payment online. Payment methods including VISA, MasterCard and PPS are accepted. The applicant shall print the acknowledgement page after completing the payment process and present it to the staff concerned for checking before using the facility/during the first lesson of the programme. |

For the Leisure Link Self-service Kiosk service, a booking/an enrolment is confirmed immediately when the applicant has made the payment by an Octopus card. |

| 9. |
For the Leisure Link telephone reservation service, an applicant shall confirm a booking/an enrolment by making the payment within three calendar days (inclusive of the day on which the telephone reservation is made) or before the booked session/the first lesson of the programme begins, whichever is the earlier. Payment can be made at any Leisure Link booking counter or self-service kiosk at any District Leisure Services Office or leisure venue. The reservation unconfirmed by payment will be released for booking/enrolment by others at the end of the aforesaid 3-day period or after the booked session/first lesson of the programme has begun, whichever is the earlier. |

If an applicant who has made a telephone reservation fails to confirm his/her booking/enrolment as per Clause 9 above for more than two occasions within any period of 60 consecutive days, his/her right to use the Leisure Link telephone reservation service will be automatically suspended for a period of six months. |

| 11. |
The Leisure and Cultural Services Department reserves the right to delete, add or amend any clause in the ˇ°Conditions of Use of Leisure Link Internet booking, telephone reservation and self-service kiosk servicesˇ± above at any time without giving any reasons and prior notice. |
