Radio Programme: "Crazy Show's Fitness Weekly"

In collaboration with Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) Radio 2, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD) and the Department of Health (DH) first launched a special feature "Crazy Show's Fitness Weekly" in a leisure magazine programme "Crazy and Happy" in 2005 to widely disseminate to the general public the message of "Daily exercise keeps us fit, people of all ages can do it". Last year, the LCSD and the DH presented the "Crazy Show's Fitness Weekly" again on RTHK Radio 2. This weekly series of 16 episodes seeks to share with members of the public the knowledge of exercise and health, exercise guide and professional advice in a leisurely manner and to encourage people to put their words into action by sparing time to do exercise every day.
