-For patients suffering from hypertension, exercise can help improve their blood pressure.
-Exercise can enhance self-confidence and improve overall psychological health.
-Exercise helps reduce the risk of hypertension by approximately 30 per cent.
-Exercise helps reduce the risk of  getting cardiovascular diseases by approximately 50%. It can also prevent diabetes and obesity.
